Although we encourage our clients to book early to avoid disappointment, we do have a cancellation policy.

Long weekends, holiday weeks (February break, Easter week, Christmas week) and July/August bookings- We require a minimum of 10 days notice PRIOR to the day of drop off that you booked. If cancellation occurs AFTER the 10 days we will charge you 50% of your total booking.

For regular weekends- we ask for 72 hours before the day of drop off.
